We price our per-device subscription competitively, and the starting price includes more than most vendors’ premium tiers: unlimited support from our in-house engineers, setup assistance, environment reviews and ongoing help at no additional cost. The starting price is a minimum, so it applies even if you have fewer than 1,000 devices.

For example, 300 persistent virtual desktops and a peak of 100 concurrent non-persistent virtual desktops require licensing for 400 devices.

Yes. One subscription can cover multiple environments within the same organization, provided the purchased device count covers the devices you will manage across them.
Examples include development, testing, and production environments; separate server and workstation environments; multiple tenants or domains; and eligible subsidiaries under the same parent company. Our Terms of Service describe coverage for wholly or majority-owned affiliates.
Separate customer organizations need separate subscriptions under the standard licensing model. If you manage multiple customers, review our MSP options with the team.

Yes. You can exclude devices that will not receive third-party applications or updates through Patch My PC.
Examples include servers outside your deployment scope, departments you do not manage with our service, or devices that cannot receive third-party applications or updates.
Base your count on the devices you actually plan to manage. Macs are not automatically excluded, because Patch My PC supports macOS. Review our macOS licensing guidance or contact us if you are unsure.
