Ask Us Anything and New Feature Showcase with the Patch My PC Engineering Team (March 2021)
We’re excited to announce our second ever ask us anything session! The goal is to give you time to ask our engineering team any question you want.
We hope this session will give our customers better insights into how our team works internally and better access to team members and processes to make sure we hear your feedback and questions. We will also demo new features and maybe even some features not yet released!
Agenda:
- New feature showcase (30-45 Minutes)
- Q&A (75-90 Minutes)
The questions are totally up to you, but here’s a few examples:
- How does Patch My PC determine features to ship in future updates?
- How do support cases work internally?
- How do I make sure my asks get to the right people?
- How does Patch My PC test new catalog updates?
- Anything else!
Note: If there are under 300 registrations, we plan to use a Microsoft Teams meeting. If there are more, we will use a Microsoft Teams live event. The join link will not be active until the day of the event.
