This release contains a variety of features, improvements, and fixes, as noted below.
Improvements
- Publisher UI updates. Cloud, WSUS Options, Sync Schedule, About & Service Status, Notifications (SMTP/Webhooks), Advanced, ConfigMgr Base Install Options, and the Scan wizards have all been redesigned with a consistent, card-based layout.
- Restored quick type-to-jump search on the product tree views.
- Context menus no longer overflow the screen – they scroll instead.
- Clearer validation errors now appear when saving or applying webhook settings.
- Webhook settings can be copied inline instead of opening a separate editor.
- Tenant icon uploads are now validated by actual file content, not just file extension.
- Advanced settings tab layout fixed: correct rail width/height, no redundant page title, proper spacing.
- Redesigned the “Conflicting Processes” preview notification to render in-process.
- Enter key now activates NumberSelector and SpinTimePicker controls inside dialogs.
- Add support for naming conventions on WSUS products
Fixes
- Ensure code-signing enforces timestamping and provide a clearer error when a certificate uses an unsupported legacy SHA-1 key.
- Fixed “Exclude From Auto-Enrollment” not respecting product-level and vendor-override changes.
- Fixed email reports listing products in reverse (Z-A) order.
- Fixed oversized dialogs and truncated hostnames in heartbeat/message dialogs.
- Fixed cursor stuck in a spinner state after disconnecting or closing the cloud sign-in browser.
- Fixed misplaced dependency badges on grouped grid cards.
- Fixed an extra empty column appearing in smart-resize and Intune/CVE import grids.
- Fixed Copy Products ignoring an “All Vendors” install-override setting.
- Added a warning and read-only mode when required WSUS admin tools are missing.
- Blocked publishing or redeploying custom apps that are missing their cloud source files.
- Fixed multiple Intune tenant management issues: stale names/results after rename, new tenants showing old data, deleting/favoriting unconfigured tenants, duplicate import messaging, and certificate-auth save validation.
- Fixed Publisher freezing when refreshing after selecting many Catalog products.
- Fixed a WSUS update re-signing failure.
- Fixed a permissions issue causing the settings window to fail to open across user accounts.
- Fixed duplicate “Cloud Connection Cleared” dialogs causing Publisher to hang.
- Restored TreeView selection, scroll position, and expansion state after applying filters.
- Fixed remote UI incorrectly showing service status as “Unknown” instead of “Running”.
- Fixed the SMS Provider connection badge staying green after saving an invalid server name.
- Fixed publishing alerts showing an internal title instead of the catalog name.
- Fixed a crash in WSUS Options when the WSUS service and IIS were both offline.
- Fixed recurring, unexplained “republish needed” warnings for WSUS updates.
- Fixed a missing cloud-deployment indicator for custom apps coexisting with cloud-managed apps.
- Fixed slow ConfigMgr cold sync caused by a per-app install-context check.
