Patch Quest celebrates our MMS community. Inspired by IT, nerdy nostalgia, and all things patching, it encourages attendees to collect trading cards and connect with peers, familiar and new.

How collecting works

Pick up your 4-card starter pack
It’s free at check-in with your conference badge.

Collect booster packs
Each pack has 5 cards of various rarity, handed out all week.

Trade with attendees
Swap cards with other attendees to complete your color sets.

Turn-in sets for prizes
Bring matching sets to the Patch Quest window to claim a prize.

Prizing
Prizes are claimed at the Patch Quest booth during designated booth hours. There are only 30 different cards at MMS Midway this year, so every trade counts. Each tier below shows exactly what to bring.

Golden Ticket
Find a Golden Ticket foil card and enter to win 1 of 10 grand prizes. This is the only way to win this tier.
A full set of 10 cards from 1 color
Bring 10 different cards that all share one color: 4 common, 3 uncommon, 2 rare and 1 super rare.
Every common and uncommon from 1 color
Bring every common card (4) and every uncommon card (3) from one color.
12 different cards from any set
Mix and match. Any colors, any sets, as long as all 12 cards are different.
Patch Quest schedule
The Patch Quest booth is near the welcome desk this year. Visit while the booth is open to pick up packs, trade cards, and claim prizes.
