In this video, we walk through how Patch My PC Publisher can be used alongside Azure Update Manager as customers start moving some server patching workloads away from Configuration Manager.
Patch My PC does not natively integrate with Azure Update Manager, Microsoft Azure Arc, or the Azure Update Manager deployment workflow. While we can provide assistance and guidance on how Publisher can publish third-party updates into WSUS, customers are responsible for configuring and supporting Azure Update Manager, Azure Arc in their own environment.
The video covers two common scenarios: using WSUS for both Microsoft and third-party updates, or using Scan Source on Windows Server 2022 and later so Microsoft updates come from Windows Update while third-party updates continue to come from WSUS
