Join us on Thursday, October 27, 2022, from 9:00 – 10:30 AM Mountain Time for a live AMA session with the Patch My PC team.
We’re excited to announce our upcoming ask us anything session! The goal is to give you time to ask our engineering team any question you want.
We hope this session will give you better insight into how our team works internally, an opportunity to become more familiar with the faces behind Patch My PC, and ensure we hear your feedback and questions.
The questions are totally up to you, but here’s a few examples:
- How does Patch My PC determine features to ship in future updates?
- How do support cases work internally?
- How do I make sure my asks get to the right people?
- How does Patch My PC test new catalog updates?
- Anything else!

Our experience has been great! We used to use SCCM for Adobe and Java updates only, but now we are able to use it for all of our 3rd party software while still using SCCM. It has made our endpoints much more secure in an automatic way.
