Advanced Insights stores configuration data in a SQLite database. This database is created automatically by the application in the following location:

%ProgramData%AdvancedInsightsDataApiAdvancedInsightsConfig.db

It is recommended to backup this file as it contains all of the configuration data for your Advanced Insights environment.
