Choose a Company to Manage Cloud MSP

Once a Managed Service Provider (MSP) has created a child company in Patch My PC (PMPC) Cloud, they can easily switch between companies.

To switch between companies:

1. Click your user name in the top right-hand corner.

   
   

2. Select which company you want to manage:

   • To manage your own company, select it under the My Tenant section.
   • To manage a child customer, select it under the MSP Customers section.

   
   

**Note**

The company currently being managed has a tick beside it.

If you switch to managing a child customer, the Managed By <company_name> indicator is shown in the portal’s header.
