If a user has not received or misplaced their invitation to your Patch My PC (PMPC) Cloud company, you can use the Resend functionality to resend their invitation.

To resend an invitation:

  1. Click the Resend icon beside the relevant invitation.

    The Success – Invitation resent notification is displayed, confirming the invitation was resent to the user.

  2. Ask the user to check their inbox/junk folder for the invitation.
