Apache Tomcat 9.0 Tomcat9 removal

When user initiates an Uninstall through the Software Center, un-installation results in an error (0x80004005 -2147467259).

Apache Tomcat
Version: 9.0.58 revision 37

Attempting to uninstall the software manually afterwards results in the following error:
"Windows cannot find 'C:\Program Files\Apache Software Foundation\Tomcat 9.0\Uninstall.exe'. Make sure you typed the name correctly, and then try again."

Behavior was confirmed on multiple workstations.

Issue resolved after republishing the Tomcat application to the newest version
