Unhandled Exception - Microsoft .NET Framework

I'm getting a popup error titled "Microsoft .NET Framework" about an unhandled exception on three different Windows 7 64-bit PCs, one of which just got a fresh Windows install yesterday. If I choose "Continue" I see the app but it does not seem to scan the systems. Happening with both the current version 2.6.0.9 and the beta version.
