Notepad++ v8.6.3 fails to sync with error (404) Not Found.

Upon review of version 8.6.3 on the Notepad++ GitHub, they have removed all packages from that release and are advising to use 8.6.4 instead.

Due to the regressions found in v8.5.5, all the packages are removed. Please download v8.6.4 instead.
