TortoiseHg (x64) Command-Line parameters

Hi,

We have packaged and managed TortoiseHg ourselves in the past and found that when installing with the user logged in, the desktop may crash and the user has to know how to restart explorer.exe. This can be prevented by adding "MSIRESTARTMANAGERCONTROL=Disable" to the installation parameters in addition to the existing parameters. I think this would be good to take into account in the future.

And I forgot to mention that the installation and removal scripts would benefit from that addition.
