Correct versions and location are these:
latest release: https://attic.owncloud.com/desktop/ownCloud/stable/latest/win/
latest daily: https://attic.owncloud.com/desktop/ownCloud/daily/2.7/win/    (where "2.7" is the folder with highest value available or latest change-date)
