Netframework Exception Error

Hi,
   PatchMyPC just started throwing this error with net framework. I have uninstalled/reinstalled Netframework and PatchMyPC but it still throws this error.
Please advise on a fix. PatchMyPC is a great tool!

I am currently using Windows 10 Pro x64 1909 v18363.900
