Software list to be working with

Hi, I am used to working with software such as Auslogics Registry Cleaner and Auslogics Registry Defrag, but I don't find them in the list on the left where the software which needs to be updated is shown.
Is it possible to have your software searching on C:/ and detect any different software? for example.
