Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Continuous (x64) - Install Failing

I'm not finding anything in the forums indicating anyone else is having this issue, but we are not able to get the Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Continuous (x64) package to install successfully.  It is failing on every machine during OSD, via Software Updates, and even if the package is copied to ccmcache and ran manually (OSD and Software Updates are in ConfigMgr).  If I inspect the ScriptRunner log to get the syntax for running the installer, I can run that via command prompt and the software installs with no issue.  Any help in resolving this would be appreciated!


The exit code referenced in the ScriptRunner log is 150201.  I will work on getting a copy of the full log generated by the Adobe Acrobat installer - it is not present on the machines that fail during OSD task sequence.

Hello, this is a known issue on our known issues page: https://patchmypc.com/known-issues-and-considerations-when-using-patch-my-pc, we are working on a Publisher fix for this, but for now, you can resolve this issue by enabling the "Run installation and uninstall program as 32-bit processes on 64-bit clients." option on the deployment type.

Thanks, Andrew - I searched the forums for this issue but I was not aware of this known issues page.  I'll be sure to look there in the future!
