Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Customisation

We're looking to move away from packaging Adobe Acrobat Reader DC manually with our customisations made using Acrobat Customization Wizard DC. The Application Publishing doesn't support MSTs for this product.

How do others achieve this?

The reason for this is because we have only found a directly office download from the Adobe for the full EXE installer. I'm not sure if the EXE can pass transforms to the MSI today.
