Root Element Missing

I just tried to run a fresh download on two different computers. An old Vista machine and a brand new install of Windows 7 Pro. Both times I get a .NET error Root Element not found. Seems too much a coincidence that I got two computers new and old that have the same problem. Both have .NET installed (Checked Windows 7 one and it was enabled in Features)

I have received the same error today on all the machines I have tried, both Windows 7 Pro and Windows 10 Pro.

This is happening on my Windows 10 system as of today - it didn't yesterday or any other time earlier, so not sure what's going on.  I'm attaching both the screenshot and text of the popup error log.  Please advise how you have resolved this with other users.  Thank you.

Indeed, just ran the program and no errors whatsoever.  Not sure what dark magic you use to correct the problem, but thank you!  Love this program
