URL link for patch release notes

Is there a way to grab via a SCCM PS connection the URL link for patch release notes?  For example, Get-CMSoftwareUpdate allows me to grab a URL for Windows/Office patches.  Ideally, would love to grab via PS or another scripting language as I see this info is right now sent in the daily catalog update e-mails from PatchMyPC.  Thanks!

We include the Information URL in the update data. I'm not sure how this translates to the CMDLET. You can see it in the SCCM console though.
