What versions are you using for them again? Autohotkey 2.0.11 and SumatraPDF 3.5.2?

Ohh this is on ARM64! So you manually installed the ARM64 version of .NET 8 Runtime, right?
If yes, then can you please give us a screenshot from the following locations in the registry?

HKLM\SOFTWARE\dotnet\Setup\InstalledVersions\arm64\sharedfx\Microsoft.WindowsDesktop.App
 
HKLM\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\dotnet\Setup\InstalledVersions\arm64\sharedfx\Microsoft.WindowsDesktop.App

Hey there, sorry for the late reply! 
WinDirStat is back now after 19 years since the last update!
Thier new installer is MSI now not EXE, and it's in PMPC v5.0.0 :)
