Columns are broken

The columns on the Apps and Uninstaller pages are all a bit broken, don't work how they should.  Don't resize right.

They can in fact be resized, though the column dividing line that we'd usually grab, is invisible! So we have to instead grab the first letter of the column heading!!! Eh???  Weird af.  Just show the dividing lines! Just in the headers if you don't think we deserve them all the way down.

The columns for the status, actions and install date are all static width items.  So these should be set to the minimum needed, and not dynamically change width as we resize the window.  So Fixed, but user resizable.

On the Uninstall page, all the columns are of equal width, and all resize dynamically as you change the window size...  ALL of them!  When you actually do this, you immediately see that this is so fundamentally wrong.  How did this get to release??? Please test this stuff!

If you want to do this properly, once, then give us per-column options.  So Auto/Dynamic/Fixed... And set each column's default to the logically correct option.  E.g. Display Name: Dynamic, Publisher: Dynamic, Version: Auto, Status: Fixed, Actions: Fixed, Install Date: Fixed...  This keeps everyone happy.  Job done.
