Hi All,

I am trying to push out SnagIT updates via Patch My PC but for most of our SnagIT users Intune or SCCM report the the computer is not applicable for the update.
So for my machine, I packaged SnagIT 2024 via SCCM (before we moved to PMPC). My package has a Transform file. With PMPC, I created a new .mst for version 2024.3.0 but Intune just reports it's not valid with "PowerShell script requirement rule is not met."
I have been running into the same issue with previous version of SnagIT 2024 updates.

Has anyone run into similar issues with this?
Thanks

Hi Kenny,

The status "PowerShell requirement not met" and "Not applicable" imply that the requirement rules did not find the underlying or base app to update, hence it marks an update as not applicable. We have an article on the status here, if you're curious:

Patch My PC - PowerShell Script Requirement Rule is not met - Patch My PC

We use PowerShell detection and requirement scripts that query the registry hives to detect the presence of the app. Could you please share the installed apps CSV from one of the affected devices by running the script below?

I think this might be resolved now.
As it has been updating for some users, I uninstalled my version and reinstalled it again with the older version mst. This time it has updated successfully via Patch my PC so I must have had a buggy install.
I'm testing with other users but I think we may be fine.
