ESET Endpoint Security 11.x has been released for quite some time now, but it still hasn't been added the PMPC catalog. May I know why?

v11 doesn't seem to be superseding v10 automatically. Is this intended?

This is expected. For products that have multiple major versions, we will only update within that version, You should be able to deploy the App of version 11 to upgrade version 10.
