Error: Unknown (0x87D30000)

Hello community,

Since we enabled the UltraVNC Intune updates last week, it seems that we get many installation failures (27%) with the error message Unknown (0x87D30000).

Is it a known error? How can we correct it?

Hi there Iraklis,

Sorry to hear you are having issues with UltraVNC, we do not have a global reported issue, so most likely is something related to your own enviroment, would you be so kind as to send us some logs over to [email protected] so that we can have a look and hopefully fix the issue for you? Ideally server side and client side logs from one of those devices where the installation failed.
