Wise Registry Cleaner continues to indicate update

The Wise Registry Cleaner program is continuously flagged as needing to be updated despite being at the current version (11.1.1).  Every time I run PatchMyPC it is indicated that it needs to be updated.  I tried uninstalling it first, but it still is always flagged as needing to be updated.
