Ability to reverse logic with auto updating

Hello,

I believe a very useful feature would be the ability to reverse the logic on auto updating applications. What I mean by this is disallow updating of all applications EXCEPT for ones that I specify. This would be very useful in a business environment if for example, you only want to update certain browsers, Adobe Reader, Java and other software that typically has a lot of vulnerabilities but don't necessarily want to update everything as to ensure not breaking compatibility with certain software. Currently this cannot be done without manually disabling auto update on every application one by one which would be fairly tedious to do.
