Patch My PC Support for ARM64 Apps

Hi Team,

We're currently testing the new Microsoft Surface Pro (ARM64) and wanted to check how Patch My PC plans to support ARM64 applications going forward. Since our organization relies on Patch My PC for third-party app patching via Intune, we need to understand the roadmap and potential solutions for ARM64 compatibility.

One of our key challenges is deploying GlobalProtect VPN, which is essential for our Autopilot Hybrid deployment process. Given that different architectures require different installers, we'd like to know:

ARM64 MSI Installer – How can we add and deploy the ARM64 version of GlobalProtect through Patch My PC?
Architecture-Based Distribution – Is there a way to configure Patch My PC to dynamically distribute the correct installer (x64 vs. ARM64) based on the target device architecture?


We'd appreciate any insights or best practices on how to handle this scenario within Patch My PC + Intune.

Thank you so much for the quick response - and that's great news to hear that ARM support is coming -
I've added my 3 votes to this idea.

In the meantime, ill package manually for now.
