 These points will help u to develop better programs..etc

1.Think completely and that too at once and work,as little thinking causes mistakes.

2.If u add a new feature or update an existing feature think of all the ways of how it can be improved.

3.Increase patience, this makes even difficult work easier to do.

4.Avoid laziness in work.

Memorize the 3'rd and 4th

Make these tips read by your developers bcoz if they completely think and work then even bugs will be properly fixed,it's important.
