Do I use the latest version of PatchMyPC?  Yes, absolutely:

Program version (Updater):   4.2.0.5
Definitions:    08-Apr-2022

As of 30 seconds ago, double forward slash (//) is still invalidating the Crystal Disk update failure.

Unfortunately not fixed.  Here are the failure messages dated today at 19:34:

Failed to get download information for CrystalDiskInfo 8.16.4 Download URL: https://free.nchc.org.tw/osdn//crystaldiskinfo/77136/CrystalDiskInfo8_16_4.exe

Also this one has appeared:

Failed to get download information for FileZilla Client 3.59 (x64) Download URL: https://patchmypc.com/freeupdater/applications/FileZilla_3.59.0_win64-setup.exe

This has been going on for some time.  In essence this is the problem - a typo in the URL:

https://free.nchc.org.tw/osdn//crystaldiskinfo/77081/CrystalDiskInfo8_16_1.exe

Note the double slash in the URL:  ... osdn//crystal ...

Typing this into Google Chrome actually works, because the // is overlooked.  However, PatchMyPC continually fails due to this error.
Replacing the // with / also works in Google Chrome, and I suspect would work in PatchMyPC

Here is a copy of the log.  Any idea what is going on.  Nothing on my Windows 7 Pro - 64 changed between 30 Jan and 02 Feb.

It would be very handy to display the download file size in MBytes in the Apps (default) menu.  This will help in the partial selection of updates when bandwidth is a premium.  EG: I might need to untick a 200MB download while permitting any file with a size < 15 MB to prevent any unnecessary interruption to streaming TV on the same link.

I use one router to supply Wi-Fi.  Having recently added streaming TV services, I note that during PatchmyPC operation, the latter uses the maximum bandwidth, with the result the TV service is intermittent.

Would it be possible to limit the bandwidth used for download to a specific figure like 6 Mb/s, alternatively a proportion of total bandwidth like 60%?

Currently I have PatchmyPC running out of normal hourts to get round this problem but it is not satisfactory.
