1. Separate items/apps appearing together on same line in update list.
See attached pngs. Red arrow in Patch01 and highlighted item in Patch02.
2. Already updated apps/items are not showing here as updated.

Patch01 - #1 - CCleaner is already up to date at v3.63
#2 - CCleaner Update Helper 1.5xx is not a separate app but part of CCleaner
Patch02 - #3 - Libre Office is already up to date at v6.3.2.2 and not at v6.1.0.3 in highlighted line above.
