Support and General Questions (Enterprises Using ConfigMgr and Intune) / Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Customisation

We're looking to move away from packaging Adobe Acrobat Reader DC manually with our customisations made using Acrobat Customization Wizard DC. The Application Publishing doesn't support MSTs for this product.

How do others achieve this?
