Report Detection Issues Here (Free Home Updater) / Skype for Business Online, Windows PowerShell Module reporting as outdated

This is not a supported app, but I believe your search is just seeing the "Skype for Business" portion of the app and marking it as out of date. It shows red in the list of apps after scan.
