Using PatchMyPc to install Opera on Win10 x64, program reports Opera installs successfully and, if user is an administrator, icons appear as they should and Opera works. If user is not an administrator, PatchMyPc asks for an administrator password when it is run. It then installs Opera for that administrator user, not the user that is logged in. Downloading Opera and running the installer directly as the non-admin user works as expected; it only fails to install properly when installed via PatchMyPc.
