PMPC has been downloading and installing (Microsoft .Net Framework 4.7.2)  for three days in a row. It is currently and has been listed as being up to date in update history. Same version of the same file. Only the install date changes.

In version 4.0.1.5 the log shows "Creating a restore point please wait....." but restore points are not being created before running updates. No record found in system restore folder. Are they located some place else?
