For example , i have chinese windows system

Google Chrome , 7-zip
Automatically becomes English version after installation
If download and install from the official website is the Chinese version

Adobe Reader English only


However, some multi-language software automatically recognizes Chinese systems
Potplayer , LibreOffice , etc
