v3.2.5.1 Win10 Pro x64 Getting prompted for an "Additional file needed" " The schedule feature requires a Dynamic-link library file." When I click "Yes" to download the file I get an "Unhandled exception has occurred in your application."

To enable just-in-time (JIT) debugging, the .config file for this
application or computer (machine.config) must have the
jitDebugging value set in the system.windows.forms section.
The application must also be compiled with debugging
enabled.

For example:
