Any update on this now that I have provided the associated registry keys?

Wherever you see fit. Maybe a requirement/prereq page.

You should really put a little note that mentions requiring .Net 3.5. It can be quite misleading.

I just had it occur again with Version 2.2.0. Debug follows.
