Great freeware subtitling program for PC. Allows me to create, edit and convert subtitles.

Does require VLC 64-bit for video playback.

I use a program called SubtitleEdit and it requires VLC 64bit for me to load videos for editing subtitles. It would be awesome to include this in patchmypc!
