I can see other JAVA updates.

The issue in the SCUP log is that the update already appears as expired in the WSUS, so the SCUP does not reactivate it.

Is there any method to have the update or deleted from WSUS or reactivated?

I am publishing Java updates 8u144 after doing the modification for the /checkforconflicts 60 parameter.

The updates publish without issues in SCUP.

Then I trigger an updates Sync in SCCM which also succeeds.

The issue is that the updates for Java 8u144 don't show in the SCCM console.

Would it be possible to have updates for Fiddler (http://www.telerik.com/fiddler) included?

I've double-checked and the VNC related updates can be downloaded with IE without any issue.

SCUP still fails to download them.

CutePDF still has the hash error.

After disabling the AV the publication still fails for those 7 updates.

Attached you can find a longer log which includes publications from different catalogs and includes the 7 that fail.

We have McAfee VirusScan Enterprise,  but all the other updates in the catalog downloaded without issues (we publish all). And all the other catalogs publish flawlessly. A total of 460 updates aprox. download and publish without issues.

That log is for a re-attempt to publish those which failed previously.

In any case,  I will try to disable the Antivirus and will let you know.
