I have checked the SoftwareUpdateDetectionLog and it says the attached (Should Found:True) be the case when the app is not installed?

I have deployed Update for Remote Desktop Client for Windows Desktop 1.2.5807 (x64) to my pilot group of users but the app is just reporting as not installed for everyone. We usually deploy apps to a pilot group then 3 days later release to everyone else. This was happening yesterday so tried to re-create the update again today but still the same issue. I would expect it to say not installed for those that arent in the pilot group but I have checked the pilot users devices and they are not getting it installed either. Please see screenshots
