Support and General Questions (Enterprises Using ConfigMgr and Intune) / Pausing Product updates for more than 6 months

is it possible to pause product updates for more than 6 months (which seems to be the default period on the right click option)? We have certain apps used in Education (for example, PyCharm Community Edition) where there is a requirement NOT to allow the app to update during the academic teaching year. Is it possible in PMPC console somewhere, to specify a longer period?
