After auto-updating to version 4.0.0.0, several programs that I had licenses for updated to newer free versions that I don't have a license for. In the prior version, I had these apps tagged as "do not update". This list of apps not to update did not carry-forward to the new version. This is very frustrating as I can't get some of my full featured older version apps back.
