It looks like windirstat mirror download link has been down. Might need to update where PMPC pulls from here instead (as listed in https://windirstat.net/permalink.html): https://windirstat.net/wds_current_setup.exe

I second this, looks like it has a /VERYSILENT switch (/help), replaces old version on installs and populates the version display in add/remove programs.
