I tried to enable NODE.JS version 21 and I tried to sync many times and still the application is not downloaded or created in SCCM.

Is there anu issue in the PMPC server for this version?

Actually when I try to enable the Duo desktop through the PMPC app and I start a manual sync, I see the above error in the log.

It is still trying to download the previous version.

What i actually need is do i need to set the default WSL version to Version 2 after installing this or will it be set to wsl version = 2 when i install the app via PMPC.

Command used to set the default version = wsl --set-default-version 2

No this sqlite manager 3.45 is not actually a product that supported or comes from PMPC
