Patch my pc has some problems with OBS if the Steam version is installed on the computer.
-The Steam version is updated automatically, but still in the latest version. Patch my pc shows it as outdated, apparently the problem is because the version number is not detected. In the GUI it is shown only as "OBS Studio - " (without version number).
This is because I have other software such as blender installed from Steam and they do not show problems in the list and version number. (or not listed)
-although at the moment it is only enough to uncheck obs when updating, it is something that persists, it could be useful to add an option to omit some programs from the search or similar
