Hi,
I have a question regarding Intune updates. And was we white the update as from PMPC to all computers so that every computer that has the product installed gets the update.
But my question is rather what happens to the update application when you uninstall the "normal" product?
We have not specified an uninstallation for the update, so in theory it should remain installed, right?

Ah okay, but is there an option to reduce the updates ferquenzy ?

Hi,
i want to ask how i can choose the Chrome Enterprise Deployment in PatchMyPC, i allready choose Chrome but the User ask to inplement the Enterprise Version to get less Updates.
I dont find it in the Catalog, so its hard for me to inplement it.

Hi,
thanks for the Tip i have now configured that all Apps will be installed during the ESP (not the Updates) and i decrease the time from 45 min to 20 min :-)

Also i want to ask if there can be made one Package with the complete suite.
In intune i can configure it that all apps will be installed before suite will be installed but on deinstall its only deinstall the suite an not other Products.

Ah okay i know what you meaning if i added the application in blocked apps Intune will only evaluate the blocked apps an ignore the other Win32 apps that is assigned as required.
Is that correct?

Hi Liviu,
thanks for the fast reply but makes no sense for me because i dont want Install the free software on the Computer.
The Intune Application are configure as Available and the Intune Application Updates marked as Required so the flow is in ESP.
Check if the Application is avaiable > check if the Intune App Update is needed
The Check of the Updates takes too long, so we need another solution.

Hi,
currently we have deployed round about 55 Applications in PatchMyPc and this cause that Application Updates will increase the Time.
Documents from MS recommending to use Filters so we Pushed the Freeware as Available to every Computer also the Intune Updates Apps.
MS said Filters are faster than Groups to we used them.
We record the time with 20 Applications and the ESP was done in 30 min, now we have 55 Applications and now its 45 min longer as before.
Is there an recommendation do get this fast again?

Hi,
please update the Nordlayer application. There has been a new version for days and our users always get an update message (popup in Windows)

Currently the Thinkcell is in Catalog out of Date, he always wants the Version "12.0.35.124" but think-cell has only the Version " 12.0.35.152" in the Download Portal.
