after putting pmpc to itprocachmode to keep the installer files incase i needed to install them again

in the folder itprocachmode i found an Oracle cert file
why there is a certificate downloaded in that folder

could pmpc hacked and something trying to install bad stuff

I have this problem that comes from time to time
I set my patch my pc to update apps after downloading the apps sometimes the security solution Pop's up saying
that the installer signature is invalid "lets say something like vlc " so i stop the update process
the re initiate it, the second or third attempt downloads the correct file

I suspect like MIM attack or just a faulty connection

but there should be built in  like hash checker or signature checker before starting the installation process
by patch my pc to ensure the integrity of the downloaded application

1st:
I wonder if you can add a progress bar for the download process that shows the actual percentage of the download process instead of the current one

2nd:
also if there will be like a pause button for the update process
cause sometimes i initiate the update process on a slow connection then i need to use the connection for something  else it's really a hassle to cancel the update process then re enable it after finishing

3rd:
if there is a way to make the interface gives you the option to show apps categorized like the old version
or all in one category like the current version
