Anything I can do to help you diagnose the issue? I had it on the release version and on the current insider preview build 10525.

Yes it's installed on my machine. Windows 10.

Program doesn't load at all, here are the errors

First dialog:
Error parsing c:\windows\microsoft.net\framework64\v2.0.50727\config\machine.config

I click OK, and get this exception:
