Report Bugs and Issues (Free Home Updater) / Change path is limited to "Desktop"

Options, trying to change the path, and I cannot see the folder structure more than "Desktop" and whatever I have there. Not sure what the issues is.
Windows 11 pro, started the app normally and as admin, same results.
